Every November tens of thousands of men around the world participate in Movember movement leaving moustache, in order to sensitize the male population to fight against male diseases, such as prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health issues and suicide prevention.
THE word MOVEMBER comes from the combination of "Mo", mustache and November.
The idea, which evolved into movement, which aims to motivate men to get the necessary health checkups every year and adopt a healthier lifestyle, was born in 2003 in Melbourne, Australia.
Due to the great appeal of Movember, the month of November was established as the men's month and more specifically it is the celebration in the art… mustache for a whole month!
In recent years it has been a charity event, which takes place every year in the month of November. The money collected goes in the form of charity to related health programs, world class.
To date, Movember has raised approx 769,000,000 dollars and has funded 832 projects for men's health. In its 16 years of existence, it has recruited more than 1,000,000 men and women.

Among the most important actions carried out is the MOVE ("Move"). And Movember has very good reasons to want people to move.
Therefore, invite acquaintances and friends to exercise with you in any way they want (bicycle, run, walk, or some game). It is estimated that, in 2018, more deaths were due to lack of physical exercise than smoking. The goal of MOVE is to walk or run sixty kilometers over thirty days.
It is worth noting that the Movember Foundation is a globally recognized non-governmental organization, which, in fact, in 2012, entered the list of the Global Journal, as one of the top 100 NGOs in the world.

November is here, so is Movember. The global movement that began in 2003, with the aim of raising public awareness of issues related to men's health - from testicular and prostate cancer, to depression and suicide prevention - and calls all males in every corner of the planet to grow a mustache. Are you thinking of daring it? Do it yourself by following the steps below.
The 4 steps to grow a decent mustache
Choose the style that suits you
The same thing that applies to the hair on your head also applies to the hair on your face. Just as not all haircut styles suit you, not all beard and mustache styles suit you either. The biggest mistake most people make is choosing the wrong mustache for their face shape. For example, those with a thelematic chin are ideally suited to a bushy moustache, while those with a square or oval face shape have a beardstache (when a bushy mustache is combined with trimmed beards) a better choice.
Trim your beard at the right time
Do not shave the hair directly on your cheeks. Give your mustache a few days to grow, keeping your beard as support. When you see that it has grown enough to stand on its own face, shave off the beard.
It kept its shape clean
Usually the first two weeks are the most difficult, during which the mustache does begin to form on the upper lip, but in the majority of cases the result is somewhat "messy" and not at all well-formed. A pair of scissors or a clipper will help you tame your hair and keep your face clean.
Have patience and persistence
The two virtues that will make your attempt to grow your hair a little easier. An effort that will not bear fruit in a few days, but in a few weeks, since the average growth of hair on a man's face is about 0.04 centimeters per day.
